Our History

In 2002, armed with a few phones and directories, we embarked on our journey to revolutionize the recruiting business. We started by working within the Engineering/Manufacturing industry and quickly expanded into Finance/Accounting, Procurement, IT, and Human Resources. In each field, we have been fortunate to establish meaningful relationships with some of the top professionals in the Midwest, allowing us access to confidential open positions while also having exclusivity to candidates not located on internet job sites.

When a corporation makes an investment in us, or a candidate entrusts us to represent them, we take it very seriously. Always operating within a framework of professionalism and confidentiality, we work with our clients to meet their goals of obtaining the best fit…quicker.
