Welcome to JEM's Diamonds in the Rough section.

While mining for talent, we typically unearth what we refer to as 'Diamonds in the Rough'. These are candidates who aren't actively seeking employment but will consider a change if the right opportunity presents itself. While you may be fortunate to locate a 'jem' of your own, we love doing it for our clients everday.

Simply click on the 'feedback' link next to a candidate that interests you, reference their ID# in the message, and click submit. Within 24 hours, one of our Account Executives will contact you to discuss the candidate in more detail.

To begin, you'll need to click on "Create an Account" near the top right of this page and register on our site with a valid e-mail address.

After logging into the site, you'll have access to a new 'Diamonds' area which will take you to our listing of the Diamonds in the Rough. See below for more details.
